This item was used by our client as an owner's manual for a cell phone. This item was a big hit and we made several models with many re-runs. The manual was litho printed on 14pt C2S stock printed in a special format so we could automatically collate the 12 pieces, we applied a UV coating on both sides of the sheet, we also made a custom PMC die. The sets were PMC die cut (making all pieces exactly the same size with no rough edges or nicks, we then drilled a hole in the sets and eyeleted them). The maximum size of the PMC die cutting area is 6" x 8".
