We used 14pt C2S paper, printed 4/4 with aqueous coating in a special layout to accommodate automatic collation. We slit and collated, made a special 4" x 4" PMC die with rounded corners, PMC die cut (with no rough edges or nicks), inserted into custom boxes (we made), shrink wrapped and packed bulk in master cartons.
